Thanks for Samsung site, they have make the user upgrade tool software available. I have downloaded and installed the software at the first place. Just guessing! Well, I have to state that you need enough space in your PC to store it. Are you ready? Yes, let’s go ahead. But I think it’s necessary for me to act an model. Follow the four steps:
- download the software
- read the agreement and accep the terms
- start to install the ActiveSync 4.5 and restart your PC
- it can work now
Recently, I got my Verizon Samsung Rogue(SCH-U960) user manual. However, I still can’t have a good command of handling it. To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:
- From the standby screen, press Menu
- Press Settings & Tools
- Press Phone Settings (7)
- Press Security (7)
- Enter the lock code, default password is the last 4 digits of cell phone number
- Press Restore Phone (5)
- Press Yes to confirm resetting the handset to factory default settings
- Press OK at the reprogram prompt
- Enter the lock code, default password is the last 4 digits of cell phone number
Personally, I must warn that your all date including pictures, videos, music, messages, contacts, and downloaded applications which stored in your phone will disappear. You must chew over before reseting.
