  6. Press Reset Settings (6)
  7. Press Yes to confirm resetting the handset to factory default settings

  • I have a samsung reality and whenever i turn it on the screen goes to the verizon sign and freezes there. I can’t turn it off or anything. Is there a hard reset button and where it is if there is one?

  • My Samsung Reality sucks. Can’t hold a charge. and also this is a new replacement! I’m very unhappy. ALSO! It doesnt even charge when it does try to work. What the heck!!! Im taking it back and complaining.

  • how long did this battery problem occur? you had better, you know what, charge it when it’s working
    (i mean you should charge it when the power lackness prompt appear)
