How to send images to Verizon Samsung Rogue via computer

Help! Anyone know how to send images to Verizon Samsung Rogue via computer? Recently I have got a new  Verizon Samsung Rogue and want to download some pictures from computer. But I get struck at here, I can’t find the way to upload my photos. some guys suggest me that I should use a Micro SD card and store the pictures on there and then put the card in your phone. Does this can help? I would appreciate it so much if you can give me any advice.
