I love my fascinate but every time i go to send a pic via txt it tells me that the file size is to big where can i go to adjust this?

yeah that is the question. if you want to send a pic, you must make sure it is suitable. you can not tailor the pic on your phone, while the PC is available.

When I attempt to send a picture I have taken with my phone, it comes through only as a green square for the recipient. I have tried messaging it and emailing it. I have a new Samsung Fascinate.
