My new Samsung Haven says it is out of memory when I receive a text message. There are no text messages on my phone; all messages have been deleted. When I get this error message, it locks up my phone for several minutes. I called tech support and the tech person had no idea what was wrong. His only suppestion was to get a new phone. I have had this phone for one week.

I am really very sorry to hear that. asking help from the Cox carrier maybe is the most helpful way. maybe it is a kameadir!if your device can work, so do not pay any attention to it.

Patty — I’m experiencing exactly the same problem. Even did a factory reset on the phone, but it still says the memory is full even though there are no messages in inbox, sent, or drafts.
