how do i get music on my phone by my memory card? I downloaded it onto the memory card but when i put it in my phone it does not show up when i go to my music
Comment by kennan — November 19, 2010
ok, please check the music you have downloaded, if it is not the mp3 file, you can not show up. your phone doesn’t support the wma file or whatever
Comment by verizon-cellphones — November 19, 2010
I have the same problem as Kennan. I cannot get this phone to play or even find music that I know is loaded to my SD card. These are MP3 files that I have played on other phones. Please don’t tell me to check the downloads or file type that isn’t the issue. How do you get this phone to play my music from my memory card?
Comment by JB — November 24, 2010
ok, thanks for making it clear for me. try these following words concerning your question.
1.tap your play list.
2.tap Add new.
3.then tap my music
4.then choose the song you want to add.
Note: you must make sure the music list are from your memory card

Can I download my GMail address book to the Samsung Intensity II? Have already linked to GMail.
Comment by John — December 2, 2010
For anyone having trouble playing music on this phone from an SD card, the card has to be formatted in the phone first so it can set up it’s proper folder structure. Afterwards, copy the music to /my_music – otherwise the phone won’t be able to find it.

How do I convert a song into a rigtone on my phone, or do I have to pay for a ringtone. I have the mp3 editor to shorten the song to the proper ringtone length, but still can’t see it as a ringtone
Thanks

Comment by tanner — August 20, 2011
Personally to say, maybe your Samsung Intensity II device system file has already been damaged on some extent due to few factors. Try to fix after you performing a hard reset your device, get hard reset support here. If it remain stuck by itself, it will be better to further operation as soon as possible.
Comment by verizon-cellphones — August 20, 2011
did you mean how to hard reset it? If so, that is easy to do. read here

I am trying t upload my pictures to my laptop. No can do. I can see that the phone is connected but I don’t see a way to upload photos.
Comment by Terri Mosman — July 21, 2012
once they have connected, your laptop should be able to recognize your intensity ii cellphone. try to find into your magnetic disk lists, generally, it will be removable disk E. And then you can copy and paste your files into your laptop.
