General to say, you have to reset your HTC Imagio cellphone to factory setting sometimes. How do you reset your HTC Imagio cellphone? If you do not have any idea, go with the following steps:

How to reset HTC Imagio:

First, you are allowed to perform a soft reset. Perform a soft reset to clear all active program memory and shut down all programs. This is useful when your device is running slower than normal, or a program is not performing properly. If a soft reset is performed when programs are running, unsaved work is lost. Pull out the stylus and remove the back cover. Use the stylus tip to press the RESET button located under the back panel.

Note: It is a normal and propositional way. We suggest that you soft reset your HTC Imagio cellphone.

If you want to hard reset your HTC Imagio cellphone to factory setting, read these words.

When hard resetting your cellphone, it will restore the device to the original factory settings deleting any programs or settings you have installed. To perform a hard reset within the device tap Start > Settings > All Settings > System tab > Clear Storage.

You can also perform a hard reset when your HTC Imagio cellphone is powered off.

If the HTC Imagio cellphone is turned off, press and hold the TALK/SEND, END and POWER buttons until you see a message on the screen. Release the TALK/SEND, END and POWER buttons. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset. Once the restore screen appears press Volume Up to restore the device to its factory settings or any other button to cancel. Once complete press Volume Up to reboot.
