Help! My new Verizon cellphone-HTC DROID ERIS was attacked by the terrible virus. I can do nothing with my DROID ERIS phone. All datas and apps which I have downloaded can’t be available now. What should I do?  Someone suggested that I should reset my DROID ERIS back to the factory default settings. I have no choice but to reset it.
