Verizon LG EnV 3 problems
My friend complains to me that he just got the EnV 3 as a replacement in mid-June. A few weeks later, he noticed that some of the buttons on the outside were not working and it randomly shut off, so he got it replaced. To his angry, just under a month later, it is doing the same things. He also noticed that his phone freezed up in different screens. System suggested that he need to hit OK to unlock the phone, but the OK button doesn’t work… it just keeps telling him to hit OK and sometimes the screen will switch, but it never unlocks and he can’t hit the end button or any other button for that matter.
He felt frustrated and disappointed with LG and Verizon. Are you a Verizon LG EnV 3 users? Do you meet the same problem? My friend need your suggestion. Your suggestion will makes a difference!
