Your Droid RAZR M handset has a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, a 1GB LP DDR2 RAM and 8GB ROM storage. In view of the hardware feature, it should enable you to load and execute all the apps and tasks that you preferred. Ok, let us move on to the point. We are here to share with your how to simply force reboot your Droid RAZR M smartphone when its screen is frozen or phone is locked up.

Please press and hold the power button + volume down button for 10 seconds to perform a force reboot on the device. As the following pictured illuminated:
