You know, sometimes it is such an annoyance and driving us crazy. Surely, we should show our gratitude sincerely to Verizon who provides the Backup Assistant Plus service, which helps you backup your contacts, improtant data and account settings. While, my Samsung Stratosphere is an Android smartphone, isn’t it? Google has already prepared all your backup on the way. Why I still need Backup Assistant Plus service with so many useless text messages from VZWNMN?

1. Login to your Verizon account.
2. Click on “Account” at the top and then “Change Features” from the bottom right.
3. Select the device you would like to remove the service from.
4. Then scroll down until you find “Contact Management” and click “Remove.”

Note: You should have any problems with removing this kind of feature. Once you meet troubles, call *611 and ask the customer service to help.
