1. From the Start screen, select the right arrow (located in the upper-right).
2. Select Settings.
3. Select about.
4. Select reset your phone.
5. Select yes.
6. Select yes.
   Allow up to 1 minute for the process to complete.
7. Refer to Initial Activation and Setup.

Alternate method

1. Ensure that the device is powered off.
   If applicable, press and hold the power button. Once the “Goodbye!” message appears, allow up to 15 seconds for the device to completely power off.
2. Press and hold the volume keys (located on the left side).
3. While holding the volume keys, press and hold the power button until the restore screen appears.
4. From the restore screen, press the volume down key.
5. Press the volume down key to restart the device.
   Allow up to 1 minute for the process to complete.
6. Refer to Initial Activation and Setup.
