Restart iPhone 4/4S
To power iPhone off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider comes out. Slide your finger across the slider and iPhone will power off after a few moments. Next, pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo comes out to power your iPhone on. This method could solve the problem that cased by few third party apps that you are running.
Update iPhone 4/4S software
Make sure that your iPhone 4/4S is running the latest software version. Few apps might not work so properly on the previous software. Connect your device with PC which has already installed the latest version of iTunes, click on your iPhone in the left column under Devices. Click on Check for Update in the Summary tab, then follow the instructions to complete the upgrade.
