Verizon BlackBerry Storm Voice Activation Not Working

While i got my Verizon BlackBerry Storm, unluckly, it dosen’t work with  Storm Voice. Since i upgraded to 5.0, there’s still nothing can matter it. What? Seeking to help from Verizon Tech support, they can’t make any difference to me. Does anybody else meet the same trouble-Verizon BlackBerry Storm Voice Activation Not Working?  I would appreciate it so much if you can give me much precious suggestion.-verizon Cell phone problems
