why my Samsung Stratosphere always drops data connection

Samsung Stratosphere, wifi connection, drops data, drop internet
I am just searching for this solution for a long time but without any useful information yet. I have had one new Samsung Stratosphere 4G LTE Android smartphone for just several days since Verizon Wireless launched getting free Samsung Stratosphere smartphone when switching to Verizon 4G LTE. Happily, I took my device home instead of my old LG EnV.Properly finishing the basic settings, I find it perfect when I am calling, texting messages and emails, taking pictures, running apps pre-installed. While, it is the worst point that I most want to complain. It has worked quite badly when I try to connect the Internet via my Wi-Fi connection.
My Samsung Stratosphere always keeps dropping data connection. Properly, I, maybe like most of you, set the Wi-Fi connection as the user manual guided. The Wi-Fi data nearby me is good enough that my wife’s HTC Rhyme can work as beautifully as much. Why does my Samsung Stratosphere always drops data connection? If there are any setting problems, kindly please help me to fix this issue. By the way, will it work if I contact with Verizon or Samsung? Need I sign a new customer contract if I changed to another device from Verizon? Appreciating to get your suggestions.
